Draft. This text is written to match how the site actually works, but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Company details are missing because the business is not registered yet.
Quizkit collects as little as possible. Nothing can be bought here yet, and there is exactly one place where you leave anything behind: the waiting list.
What we keep
If you join the waiting list we keep your email address, the language of the page, and when you signed up. Nothing else: no name, no address, no payment details.
Your team name and your score in the free quiz stay in your own browser. They are never sent to us, so we never see them.
What we use it for
Only to tell you once that Quizkit is live, and to send you the free pack we promised. We don't use your address for anything else and we don't sell it.
The legal basis is your consent. You give it by signing up and confirm it through the email that follows. Without that confirmation we send you nothing.
How long we keep it
Until launch, and at most three months after. If you don't confirm within fourteen days, the signup is deleted automatically.
You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email, or by messaging us. We then delete your address.
Who else can see it
The site and the database run on our own servers in Europe. Sending the confirmation email needs a mail provider; once one is chosen it will be named here.
We use an AI service to draft quiz questions. Only quiz topics go there, never any visitor data.
Statistics without cookies
We measure visits with self-hosted software that sets no cookies and does not track individuals. That is why there is no cookie banner here: there is nothing to accept.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and object. One message is enough; all we have is an email address, so it is quickly done.
If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

An email address will appear here as soon as the company details exist. Until then, contact runs through whoever showed you this site.
